The collection division is organized into areas of specialization. Collection Associates are assigned to units and then specifically trained in a particular client’s contract requirements. The collection area include:

• Hospital AR Recovery Services Department
• Hospital Bad Debt Recovery Services Department
• Hospital, Commercial, and Insurance Recovery Services Department (AR and Bad Debt)
• Legal Services Department
• Physicians Recovery Services Department (AR and Bad Debt)
